A second opinion, not a guarantee

isReal provides informational analysis of content you choose to submit. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. A low-risk result does not guarantee that a message, person, website, listing, or payment request is legitimate.

Use isReal safely

Never send money, passwords, payment details, recovery phrases, or verification codes based solely on an isReal result. Verify important requests through an independently located official app, website, or trusted phone number. Do not use isReal for emergency services, professional financial advice, or legal advice.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to submit the content you select.
• You may not use isReal to violate law or another person's rights.
• You may not disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

Subscriptions and free trials

Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple. If a three-day free trial is offered, payment is not due during the trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends, the subscription automatically renews at the price displayed by Apple. You can manage or cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, isReal is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or non-infringement. We are not liable for decisions, losses, or damages resulting from reliance on a scan result. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination and updates

We may restrict access for misuse of the service. We may update these terms and will publish the current version here with its effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
